In order to gain access to our APEX MHP FUND I mobile home park investment fund, we will need to for each potential investor to confirm that they are a qualified accredited investor or a financial broker/dealer according the US Security Exchange Commission. Here are the criteria, you must meet one of the following:

  1. An individual with gross income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with a spouse or partner exceeding $300,000 for those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year.
  1. A person whose individual net worth, or joint net worth with that person's spouse or partner, exceeds $1,000,000, excluding the person's primary residence.
